What Happens Next?
Once you have purchased your Pelham Pass, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. This order number verifies your purchase.
Within 24 hours of purchasing your Pelham Pass online, our Reservations Team will reach out with a PELHAM PASSHOLDER welcome email outlining next steps (how to make your reservation, when will your pass be mailed, etc). If you do not receive your welcome email within 24 hours of purchase, please call 508-398-6076 or email: frontdesk@pelhamhouseresort.com with your order number and our team will be happy to assist.
The Pelham Pass is a physical VIP pass that we will mail to you or gift recipient. However, if you purchased or gifted the Pass and want to lock in your complimentary room night ASAP (before the passes have been shipped), just give us a call at 508-398-6076 and our front desk team will be able to assist with making your reservations using your Pelham Pass order number.
Along with booking your complimentary night, you will be able to make dining reservations and reserve tickets to any of the Live Entertainment directly with the front desk.
Reservations for any of the ticketed Live Entertainment must be made directly through the front desk at 508-398-6076.
Dining reservations can be made via the front desk or online to open table rooftop
Pelham Pass purchase is nonrefundable.

Resort credit is valid exclusively during complimentary stay and any additional nights reserved only. Resort credit is not redeemable for cash, is non transferable and expires at checkout on the day of departure.
Live entertainment is offered on select dates. Please be sure to check our calendar for updated programming details. If Ticketed Shows are not offered during your stay, Resort Credit remains valid for Food & Beverage at Pelham House Resort and Resort Merch available for purchase at the front desk during your stay!
Complimentary accommodations are subject to availability and offered on a space available basis. Valid for stays from 1/2/25 through 3/1/25 (Thursday through Sunday).
